|PRP Pitch Update (Other News)- 17/3/17|
|Investigation of the drainage problem at PRP continues and PRSCT are in regular contact with Aberdeenshire Council regarding identification of the cause of the problem and planning for remediation work during the close season. The affected area of pitch will be verti-drained again on Sunday 19th March ahead of our next home game against Forres Mechanics on 25th March. Following that our final home games of the season are scheduled for Saturday April 1st and Wednesday 5th April against Clachnacuddin and Inverurie Locos.
Clearly the continuing problems with drainage are frustrating for everyone but the Club would like to express its thanks to PRSCT for continuing to pursue a solution with Aberdeenshire Council, to Duff House Royal Golf Club for their kind assistance with the verti-draining and to their greenkeeper Derek Anthony for organising the work.
