Bob Ferguson  (Other News)- 30/6/16
It is with great sadness that the Club has learned of the passing of Bob Ferguson. Bob was a lifelong supporter of Deveronvale, a founder member of the Deveronvale Supporters Club and its treasurer for many years. He was a very well known and liked figure around Princess Royal Park and will be missed by his many friends at the Club and in the area.

Sincere Condolences  (Other News)- 29/6/16
All at Deveronvale were saddened to hear that Lorna McIntosh, wife of Lossiemouth’s long serving secretary, and stalwart of the SHFL League Management Committee and the North FA, Alan McIntosh, has passed away after a brave battle with cancer. Lorna always made everyone welcome at Lossie and she will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with Alan and his family at this very sad time.

New Season Start Approaching  (First Team Club News)- 28/6/16

Pre-season training started on Saturday 11th June and the first team squad have attended a number of good sessions since that time in preparation for the first pre-season friendly away to Montrose FC this Friday 1st July at Links Park, Wellington Street, Montrose DD10 8QD, kick-off 7.45pm.

Manager Steve Dolan said “ Pre-season has been going very well so far with the boys showing a real appetite for the new season and the new signings blending in well with our established players. With just over a month until the SHFL kicks-off we have a number of important friendly games ahead of us to try to get the team playing in a fashion which will see a positive start to the new season. Everyone is well aware of the need to improve on last season and the management team and players are focused on making a positive and consistent start to the league and cup campaigns.”

“We’ve had two very disappointing seasons” said Chairman Jim Mair “and are committed to moving back up the SHFL. Our efforts over the summer have been to strengthen the squad and we’re pleased to have brought in both experienced players and younger guys who are looking to make their mark in the SHFL. The emphasis for the new season will be to compete and to give of our best both on and off the park and, in this effort, we look forward to the continued support of our very loyal fans over the coming season”.
