Vale striker, Cameron Angus (20), has gone out on loan to North Junior side Aberdeen University for the remainder of the season and made his debut as a substitute in the second half in their narrow loss on Saturday to Islavale.
Vale manager Craig Stewart commented: “Cameron has worked hard and has featured in the matchday squad in 31 of the 34 games the club has played this season. However, we feel that Cameron needs more games and that a spell with the Uni in the McBookie.com NRJFA Championship will offer him the opportunity to sharpen his goalscoring skills. The Uni also have more games remaining this season than Vale, which will, hopefully, maximise Cameron’s playing time”.
